In case you are interested, Metro Development will be hosting an open house to view the multi-family (apartments) development they are planning for subarea A in POD 18D (west side of Sawmill Parkway). The open house will be February 2, 2023 from 6 to 8pm at the Liberty Township Community Building/Fire Station, 7761 Liberty Road.
It is our understanding that they will be asking to put an entrance/exit to the development on Clark-Shaw Road. This will go before the Board of Zoning Appeals at some point in the future,
There was also an open house on Tuesday, January 31st from 11 to 1.
